EC CL-10 Plus System

EC CL-10 Plus is an automated analyzer that uses patented differential pH technology. It has been designed to overcome the shortcomings of the classic UV methods related to color, opalescence and micro-particles in the food samples. None of these parameters interfere with pH measurement, thus making it possible for the EC CL-10 Plus system to perform the analysis efficiently without sample pre-treatment.


EC CL-10 Plus has been developed for enzymatic testing of more than 10 different sugars and organic acids in milk, dairy, wine and must matrices. Its micro-flow electrodes allow accurate, reproducible measurements.  

With operative simplicity and stable, ready-to-use reagents, the EC CL-10 Plus system is a user-friendly tool for process and quality control, with the following features:
