L-LACTIC ACID

L-Lactic Acid is a critical parameter in the production process of milk and milk based products.  It confirms the degree of freshness in fresh milk and determines the taste and aromas in fermented products such as yogurt. 

Designed for use with the EC CL-10 Plus automated analyzer, the CL-10  L-Lactic method uses patented differential pH technology, to overcome the shortcomings of classic UV methods related to color, opalescence and micro-particles in the food samples.

With this enzymatic detection kit, results are obtained with operative simplicity and with the following benefits:
