TRANSIA PLATE Chloramphenicol is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Chloramphenicol (CAP) and its major metabolite (CAP-glucuronide) in a variety of matrices.
Protocols Available for a Wide Range of Applications:
Sample preparation procedures are available for a range of matrices including meat, shrimp, crab, fish, milk, egg, honey, feed, and bovine and porcine urine.
Detection of CAP-glucuronide
The polyclonal rabbit antibody used is able to detect Glucuronidated CAP, the main metabolite of CAP in urine.

- Total incubation time of the test is 90 min
- CAP standards are ready to use: 0.025, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 2 ng/mL
